New Premier Customer Service Plan Rolled Out at
Dynamic Dies.
Toledo, OH April 27, 2009 - Dynamic Dies, Inc. announces
the roll out of their new Premier Customer Service Plan in a
continual effort to meet the expanding needs of their customers.
With this new plan, customer service hours will be expanded to meet
the needs of customers including those outside of the Eastern
Standard time zone. This new customer service model incorporates a
one-call concept where customers will now work with a personal
customer service representative for both their cutting die and
printing plate needs.
Along with the personal customer service rep, the premier service
is designed around teams to provide the ultimate in support, back-up
and service. All team members are trained in the needs of each
individual customer, thereby offering seamless back-up service when
the individual personal customer service rep is not available. “At
Dynamic Dies, our primary focus is to exceed customer expectations
and improve speed to market for our customers” stated Dan O’Brien,
Director of Sales. “We have added a commitment to respond to each
quote request within 2 hours or less and provide an electronic
confirmation on all orders.”
A new internet phone system has been installed to support the
premier service plan., allowing customers to dial directly to their
contact or a premier team member. Along with this, phone transfers
can be made automatically to another team member located in Holland,
Indianapolis, or Pittsburgh. The New Premier Customer Service Plan
incorporates the Internet phones, BlackBerry’s, and Lap Tops
allowing Customer Service Reps and Account Managers to be in
constant connection with their customers.

Dynamic Dies implements new ERP system for improved customer service.
Holland, OH December 1, 2006 - Dynamic Dies, Inc. (DDI) has implemented a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software package designed to improve productivity and customer service.
The new ERP system will provide production tracking, faster archive searching & retrieval, electronic delivery and storage of documents, shared data between plant locations, and much more.
Currently, DDI is beta testing the external "dynamic on demand" web-based area for direct access by customers. This will be a 24/7 live access to account information such as quoting, order status, production status, and invoice status. Customers will have the ability to directly access their own account information.
