Dynamic Dies implements new ERP system for improved customer service.

Holland, OH - Dynamic Dies, Inc. (DDI) has implemented a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software package designed to improve productivity and customer service.

The new ERP system will provide production tracking, faster archive searching & retrieval, electronic delivery and storage of documents, shared data between plant locations, and much more.

Currently, DDI is beta testing the external "dynamic on demand" web-based area for direct access by customers. This will be a 24/7 live access to account information such as quoting, order status, production status, and invoice status. Customers will have the ability to directly access their own account information.
