For instance, switching from a standard mount to an EVOL mount is straightforward. “All you have to do is take off the lead and trail strips and slide on the EVOL strips on both sides of the mounting material,” Jeff elaborates. Similarly, transitioning from an EVOL mount to a Bobst full wrap mount involves sliding off the lead edge strips, adding an additional piece of material, and utilizing Dynamic Dies’ lead edge strips to secure the mounting material to the press.

Traditionally, changing plate positions required sending plates back to the supplier, resulting in delays and additional shipping costs. The Flex Mount system drastically reduces downtime and eliminates the need for purchasing multiple sets of plates. Jeff underscores this efficiency: “Traditionally, they’d have to send the plates back. You lose two days. Now, you can just do it yourself in a matter of seconds.”
