Southern Tier Brewing Company came to us to create cartons for one of its most recognized seasonal releases: Pumpking. Known for bold flavor, loyal fans and standout shelf presence, the brand needed boxes for three varieties of Imperial Ale (Pumpkin, Caramel and Stout), along
with Pumpkin Whiskey.
Each package also required careful coordination of multiple bar codes, state-specific variations and clear communication of contents across the lineup.
The Challenge
For a brand like Pumking, the box needed to feel unmistakably Southern Tier while also meeting the practical demands of production, retail and distribution.
This project required more than attractive graphics. The packaging also needed:
- Accurate placement of multiple bar codes
- Required labeling and compliance details
