Tom Sullivan Receives IADD Lifetime Achievement Award
Dynamic Dies was built on a simple idea: do the work the right way, take care of customers, and never stop striving for better. That philosophy traces directly back to our founder, Tom Sullivan, whose decades-long career was recently recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking (IADD).
For Tom, the recognition is humbling. For those who know his story, it reflects a lifetime spent building something meaningful.
A Philosophy That Endures
Tom’s approach has always been straightforward: do the best job possible, fix what isn’t right, and treat customers the way you want to be treated. That philosophy shaped not only the quality of the work, but the culture of the company.
Dynamic Dies became a place where people built careers, worked as a team, and took pride in delivering work that mattered.
Today, the company is led by his son, Pat Sullivan, who continues to carry forward the values and standards that shaped Dynamic Dies from the beginning.
A Shared Achievement
Tom is quick to point out that this recognition belongs to more than one person.
“This achievement belongs to everyone who’s been part of Dynamic Dies,” he says.
We agree. The Lifetime Achievement Award reflects decades of craftsmanship, leadership, and integrity, and a legacy that continues to guide how we work every day.
