Father’s Day at Dynamic Dies: Family Ties

Jun 18, 2026 | News

At Dynamic Dies, some of the most important tools aren’t found in the shop. They’re the lessons, values and work ethic passed from one generation to the next.

For more than 50 years, Dynamic Dies has grown from a family-founded business into an industry leader serving customers across North America. Along the way, we have embraced new technologies, expanded our capabilities and welcomed a new generation of talent into the organization.

As we celebrate Father’s Day, we’re recognizing a few of the fathers and sons who work side by side at Dynamic Dies. Their stories reflect something that’s been part of the company’s culture from the beginning: a commitment to relationships, mentorship and creating opportunities for future generations.

And while this Father’s Day spotlight focuses on fathers and sons, family involvement at Dynamic Dies extends well beyond these photos. Daughters, spouses and multiple generations of family members have all helped shape the company’s story over the years.

Let’s take a look at a few familiar faces from the office and shop floor.

When Tom Sullivan founded Dynamic Dies in 1971, he built the company on a simple principle: deliver quality work, treat people right and keep improving. More than five decades later, this foundation remains firmly in place. Today, Pat Sullivan helps lead the business as president, continuing the values established by his father while helping guide Dynamic Dies through new opportunities, technologies and markets.

Today, Noah is learning firsthand what it takes to deliver the craftsmanship customers expect. While equipment and technology continue to evolve, some lessons remain timeless: show up ready to learn, take pride in your work and never stop looking for ways to improve.

Every family business eventually faces an important question: What will the next generation do with the opportunities created before them? Moments like this offer a glimpse into how family businesses stay strong across generations. By sharing experiences, introducing young people to the business and creating opportunities to learn, companies like Dynamic Dies help preserve the values that built them in the first place. After all, leadership isn’t just about managing a business. It’s also about preparing the next generation for whatever comes next.

Relationships are at the heart of every successful business, and few relationships are stronger than family. Ron Wood’s career has been dedicated to supporting customers and helping ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion. Now, he has the opportunity to share that experience with his son, Tyler, creating another link between Dynamic Dies’ past and future.

Built on Family, Focused on the Future

As Dynamic Dies continues to grow, the company remains committed to the values that have guided it from the beginning: hard work, integrity, innovation and investing in people. This Father’s Day, we’re grateful for the fathers, sons, daughters and families who help make Dynamic Dies what it is today.
